Investing in real estate is one of America’s favorite pastimes.

I’d venture to say that most people have thought about acquiring a rental house or two or three. It’s easy to get sucked in to the idea of buying a cheap foreclosure, slap on a coat of paint and maybe some carpet, then the monthly cash flow starts flooding your mailbox. Right?…Right!

Now that absolutely can happen – but the good thing news is it’s not that easy. If it was, everyone would be doing it right? The reason that it’s good news is that if you’re serious about investing in real estate and doing some homework and legwork, then you absolutely can make some serious money in real estate.

I am by no means a real estate investor. I’ve bought and sold some rental houses and buildings over the years – made money on some, lost money on some. But, I’ve closed thousands of properties and have clients who are expert real estate investors.

I’m going to be doing a whole series of podcast episodes interviewing some of these experts and sharing what I know as well. I hope you enjoy and find the information valuable.

Awesome information here. Buying houses on the cheap and renting them out can be an excellent source of profit, but it’s not something that’s done easily without at least a little research or experience. Thanks for sharing!

I agree. You definitely need some experienced tour guides when you decide to venture into the real estate jungle. Thanks for listening.
