Katelyn was raised in Millington and now lives with her husband, Frankie, and rescue dog, Benny, in Midtown Memphis. Katelyn graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rhodes College in 2015 with a BA in Psychology. At Rhodes, she was a member of the inaugural class of Clarence Day Scholars. After college, Katelyn took time to work here in Memphis before attending law school. She taught middle school, coached soccer, and started a career in law at a firm where she was promoted to manage a large, growing team.

While managing a team at a law firm, Katelyn decided to dive deeper into her law career by becoming an attorney herself. She attended the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she served as Associate Chief Justice of the Honor Council, served as Notes Editor for Volume 51 of The University of Memphis Law Review, and completed a summer externship in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2021 and has been practicing real estate law ever since.

Katelyn is passionate about her clients’ closing experiences, because she recognizes the importance of each moment. As a teacher, soccer coach, and manager, Katelyn has been on a variety of teams over the years, so she knows a good one when she sees it. She’s grateful to work with the incredible group at CloseTrak, because the team’s capability, experience, and compassion serve her clients well.
