Patty Van Valkenburg

Patty Van Valkenburg

My name is Patty Van Valkenburg. I am currently the Branch Manager of Closetrak’s Collierville office. I am also a Senior Closer with the company. I oversee the operations and performance of the office, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. I have more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with extensive knowledge and skills in escrow, title, and closing services.

I am passionate about helping clients and agents navigate the complex and dynamic real estate market and providing them with timely and accurate information and guidance. I have a strong track record of problem-solving, leadership, and communication, as well as attention to detail and accuracy. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals, and I am always eager to learn and grow in my field. My goal is to deliver exceptional escrow services that exceed expectations and foster long-term relationships.

On a personal level, I have been around construction and real estate my whole life. My father was a builder in the Memphis and Collierville area for years, building residential homes, so although I was born in Houston, I consider myself a native Memphian. I attended the University of Memphis majoring in paralegal studies and business, followed by the West Tennessee School of Real Estate. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1999 and moved to Nashville, where I met my husband of 23 years.

As passionate as I am about my work, I am even more passionate about my family. I am first and foremost a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister. My husband and I enjoy living outside of the city on 2 acres with our dog and 4 cats. I am a major homebody, so if you don’t find me at my office, or on the ball field with my grandson, you will most likely find me at home, sitting out on my front porch, or back deck, enjoying the company of my family, and watching the grandkids swim, jump on the trampoline or ride four wheelers.
